The Airparks Cardiff Return Greet service is even more exceptional, your car is brought back to the airport when you return from holiday, so you can head home straight away - we like to keep that holiday feeling going.
I booked meet & greet at Cardiff Airport with Airparks but on returning to Cardiff the greet facility was not available due to lack of staff! I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THE NON-GREET.

After a 10 hour flight delay, when I arrived back at Cardiff Airport I rang the car park (i had booked the greet option) only to be told that because I was late i would have to catch the bus to the car park.

The Goldtrail rep was fantastic - knew about everything. Facilities were good - had a lot of choice with the pools and I liked the evening entertainment. Only downside with the food - the same almost every day.

Yes but a shame you can not drop/pick up closer to the terminal as I had twins, a twin buggy, and 3 suitcases to pull along! Closer would really add to the overall service.

Arrival at Airparks Cardiff Return Greet
When you arrive at Airparks Cardiff, park in one of the marked bays and make your way to the bus shelter. Here you will find the new Autopilot self check-in kiosks. You can now try the fast track check-in service - it's there to help reduce any queues.
Please make sure you have your printed email confirmation or your booking reference to use with the self check-in kiosks.
The system will guide you through your check-in - it's extremely easy to use. If you do need help, there will always be our experienced staff on hand to help you.
Once you have checked in, all you need to do is drop your car key into the secured box, and board the bus. Your car will be parked for you while you transfer to the airport.
On your return to Airparks Cardiff Return Greet
On return, simply call our Airparks Cardiff office on 07920 809 018 after you have come through the arrivals lounge. We will arrange for your vehicle to be brought back to you as soon as possible.

We recommend that you allow 40 minutes from the time you check into the car park to the time you arrive at the terminal.
[b]Airparks cannot accept any vehicle with a taxi licence plate - these can only be driven by the licence holder.
Airparks is unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit onto luggage racks on its buses. If you are bringing large items with you we suggest you drop them off at the airport before parking your car.
During the period of May - October your car may be moved to another secured site close by, owned and operated by Airparks.
If your car is parked for longer than the booked stay, you can be charged for the additional time on departure. This is charged at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays.
