Dining

The hotel has a double-bill of great food. The open, social lounge bar in the foyer serves a range of speciality coffees, teas and alcoholic drinks along with locally-sourced cuisine. The bar is open from 11am to midnight.
The hotel's main restaurant, Circles, offers fine, international fusion dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is constantly changing, so you're sure to get something new! A three-course dinner will cost you around £25. The restaurant is open for lunch from noon to 2.30pm and dinner from 6 to 10pm.
Circles also provides breakfast from 5.30 to 11 am. There's a choice of a continental breakfast for £9, or the "full Irish" for £12.
