"We booked a family room but on arrival they told us they did not have any family rooms left,we were a little disappointed to say the least. After arriving two hours later then stated, we still had to wait in the lounge whilst they got our room ready, no drinks offered to us whilst we waited! They did accommodate us in the end, our two children were given a pull out bed which we felt was rather unsuitable but nevertheless they eventually went to sleep. The room was quite and clean. The staff were friendly upon arrival. Food was a little expensive for what we recieved but it was well presented and we enjoyed what we had. Transfers were spot on! All in all I suppose we got what we paid for - kind of!" / 10

"we thought the facilities in the hotel were great and the staff very helpful and the curtesy service to and from the airport just as we hoped it would be so overall excellant" / 10

"Only negative was that the hotel(Best Western Yew Lodge) we stayed at did not publish it's rates for additional days car parking and staff noteven able to tell me the first time I phoned to ask. When i did find out it was expensive.(£10 per day)" / 10
