Go the extra mile

You've heard of the city that never sleeps - now see the Gatwick Arora, the Gatwick hotel that never sleeps. Everything about the Arora is 24/7: from the Arora Palm Bar (serving drinks around the clock) to the state-of-the-art gym (always open) to the shuttle buses and taxis that run like clockwork to whisk you to and from the airport at any time of the day or night. And needless to say, even if the hotel never sleeps, you will - with the gym in the basement, the bars in the ground floor atrium and the planes safely tucked away behind soundproofed glass.

Walk straight off the train and into reception

The Arora Gatwick is unrivaled in terms of location for those travelling to Gatwick by public transport, with a gate leading from the hotel directly onto the platform of Crawley station - from which direct trains take just eight minutes to reach Gatwick airport.

Those arriving by car will also find the hotel easy to locate and convenient for parking - it's on a main road, just six minutes from the M23, and clearly signposted.

Guests can park in the on-site, underground Arora hotel car park for an hour for free, and the Arora offers two simple options for leaving your car while you jet off on holiday – either have it picked up by Gatwick Maple Manor Meet and Greet parking, who will drop it back to the terminal on your return, or park it yourself in the Long Stay car park at either the North or the South terminal.

If you're using Maple Manor Meet and Greet, a chauffeur will collect your car from the hotel and take it to Maple Manor's secured car park, where it will stay while you're away. You’ll need to either take the train to Gatwick from the station adjoining the hotel, or book the Arora’s shuttle bus or a taxi. A taxi will take around 15 minutes to reach the North and South terminals, the bus slightly longer.

Customer Reviews:

Got lost getting to hotel and no place to park once there so that was a minus. plus side room & service excellent

Mrs Martin (Gatwick Arora)

The hotel "lost" my car with Maple Manor parking during the Meet and Greet parking. I was stranded at Gatwick airport at:30 for several hours, with wife and two young children, whilst amongst them they passed the blame.

Mr Brown (Gatwick Arora)

Maple Parking meet and greet: the meet part was excellent the greet part was poor, we could have picked our car up quicker.

Mrs Mackinnon (Gatwick Arora)

One night's stay at the Arora Hotel near Gatwick, with 14 nights parking and meet and greet service through Maple Manor parking. All went very smoothly.

Mrs Hasler (Gatwick Arora)

we were very happy with our over night stay at the aurora hotel and our car parking was brilliant great start to our holiday.

Relax in a bar that never shuts its doors

The Arora Gatwick has several options for both eating and drinking. You can have good, honest pub grub at Morgan’s Pub, lighter deli-style dishes such as sandwiches, wraps and pizzas in the Palm Deli, or haute cuisine in the more formal The Grill restaurant. Drinks are served 24 hours a day in the Palm Bar, Morgan’s Pub is open every evening if you're looking for a traditional pub atmosphere, and the room service menu is available around the clock.

The Arora Gatwick also offers free wifi in the lobby, a shop for any last-minute forgotten holiday essentials or London souvenirs and a gym and health club, where there's a steam room, a sauna and a treatment room for everything from massages to manicures.

Don’t miss a ride in one of the glass elevators, which ascend speedily from ground level up to the fifth floor and offer views over the lobby and Palm Deli.

We recommend the Arora Gatwick for:

Public transport - If you’re coming to Gatwick airport by train you can’t pick a more convenient hotel. The Arora Gatwick has direct access to the train station through a gate onto the platform and therefore offers the quickest transfer time from train to room of any hotel at Gatwick airport. You can also use the same train to reach either the North or South terminal for your flight - it takes just eight minutes from here to Gatwick airport train station.

Families - Rooms sleeping two adults and either one or two children are available at the Arora Gatwick and are spacious enough for a family with all their holiday luggage.

Gym bunnies - The Arora Gatwick has a state-of-the-art gym which is open 24 hours a day, so whatever time you check in there’s sure to be time for one last pre-holiday workout.

Town centre location - As if 24/7 service at the hotel itself wasn't enough, from the Arora Gatwick it’s a five-minute walk to Crawley’s County Mall shopping centre, and just a couple more minutes into the town centre. Here you’ll find numerous pubs, bars and restaurants so you needn’t stay within the hotel if you don’t want to. There’s even well-known club Liquid just around the corner for those who really want to get the party started.
