One thing we were told about at reception was that you’ll be advised not to leave your keys at the desk until right before you take the transfer bus to the airport. More than once a guest has decided that something in the car has to be retrieved and then discovered that it’s already been parked some distance from the main hotel. That’s not what’s needed just before flying off on your hols.
