"Good value for money; we had a triple room, 2 adults and 1 child, which suited our needs perfectly. We were able to have a drink in the bar on arrival (somewhat later than planned due to the floods in our area on that day). The only downside was that there was nowhere to have a drink and take the children, but ours were big enough to sit in the reception area with a drink on their own so not a big problem.All aspects of airport transfers exactly as promised, on time and arrived at airport within 5-10 minutes. Would definitely use again."

"The information sent to me was very, very good and the hotel Thistle London Gatwick was good value for money. The rooms were pleasant, clean and very comfortable and for three very weary travellers, just what we needed. The staff were welcoming and happy to deal with us and no matter what question we put to them they were able to answer them and cool drinks in the bar were such a lovely finish to a very long day. We would definately stay there again. Thank you for all your help."
