  • Mercure London Gatwick After having our hotel changed we were very unsure what to expect as this was the first time we had used holiday extras .
    But any concerns were set aside when we reached our new hotel it exceeded our exspectations .

  • Mercure London Gatwick The hotel was a bit shabby: watermarks on the ceiling and we had a bit of trouble sorting out the lighting. We would have liked some food but we were a bit late. There was no extractor in the bathroom.

  • Mercure London Gatwick Everything went very smoothly and facilities were as described. Staff were friendly. Only minus point is that the room looked rather 'tired' but as this was just an overnight stop for an early flight this wasn't very important.

  • Mercure London Gatwick The only difficulty was arriving at Gatwick in the dark and trying to locate the bus stop for transit to the hotel. My room in the hotel was very comfortable and overall I was quite happy with the accommodation. The tea-making facilities could have been better - no hot chocolate or biscuits.
