• Mercure hotel Gatwick the mercure was nice enough, but when l booked l requested a smoking room, upon arriving l didn't get one. Plus the carpets need to be replaced in the hallways as they are dangerous because they don't lay flush lots of humps and bumps.

• Mercure hotel Gatwick While the room was clean, the hotel was very noisy and the room far far too hot. There was air con but it wasn't efficient enough to cool the room. The fridge also didn't work. The hotel staff were pleasant enough. I don't think I would go to this hotel again

• Mercure hotel Gatwick Everything went very well with the parking and return collection made very simple and convenient. Hotel staff were very helpful and rooms was very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money all round adding that little 'extra' to our overall holiday.

• Mercure hotel Gatwick I stayed at the Gatwick Mercure, which is an excellent hotel, the staff were helpful, the valet parking was very convenient and efficient. The transfer to the airport was frequent, even in the small hours. It was excellent value and I shall certainly stay there again.

• Mercure hotel Gatwick Mercure Hotel very good value for money.Was a bit concerned when I arrived at Gatwick ,as it's name wasn't listed on the hotel list of coaches.It transpired that the hotel had changed it's name and it was the previous name on the list!Luckily I spotted Mercure,at the bottom of a few names on the windscreen of a coach that pulled in!!

• Mercure hotel Gatwick We had an enjoyable stay at the Mercure Hotel. It was hassle free and was a good start to the holiday we stayed in a quad room with our children which was very spacious and still gave us privacy from the children in the room. I would definitely stay there again next time we fly from Gatwick.
