"The room was functional but tired, needed a face lift. Price of room was good value for money but the cost of drinks and food was exorbitant. Restaurant was very brightly lit giving the ambience of a canteen." / 10

"As our flight was delayed by 24 hours we missed the 'stay' part of our booking and the 'greeting' from the Russ hotel car parking person was surly and unhelpful.HOWEVER Holiday Extras did make the booking easy and did your part well!" / 10
