You’ve several options for parking your car when you stay at the Gatwick Sofitel. You can have a chauffeur pick your car up from the hotel, take it to a secured car park and bring it back at the end of your holiday; if you prefer to park it yourself, you can do so in the Long Stay car park at either the North or the South terminal; or you may be able to park at the hotel. Maple Manor Meet and Greet

It's hard to imagine a parking package easier and more convenient than this. You don't even have to park your own car. All you need to do is drive to the hotel, where a chauffeur will collect your car and take it to Maple Manor's secured car park nearby, where it will stay while you're away. When you return from holiday, your car will be brought to the terminal for you.

Park and Fly

This is similar to the Maple Manor package - incredibly easy and convenient - but usually a bit cheaper. All you need to do is park your car in the hotel car park, then leave your keys with the hotel. Your car might stay in the hotel car park, or, if the hotel's busy, it might be taken to a secured car park nearby - in which case it'll be brought back to the hotel ready for your return from holiday. The hotel's own multi-storey car park is manned 24 hours a day and has entry and exit barriers with automatic number plate recognition, and lighting.

Long Stay

If you’re staying at the Sofitel and prefer to park your car yourself, the Long Stay car parks are a very convenient place to leave your car as they're within the airport grounds. There's one at each terminal, and they’re both just a five-minute shuttle bus ride from check-in.

Before you check into the hotel, drop your car off at the car park at the terminal you’re flying from. The shuttle bus will then take you to the terminal – at both car parks, transfers run every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, and are included in the price. If you’re flying from the North terminal, you're then just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Sofitel; if you’re flying from the South terminal, you’ll need to catch the free monorail to the North terminal, which runs every three minutes and takes just two minutes.

Both car parks have automatic number plate recognition (ANPR). You give us your registration number when you book, then when you arrive at the car park, the barrier will recognise your number plate and lift automatically.
