• Gatwick Worth We changed the time of our airport taxi on the 12th Sept but the taxi turned up on the 13th at the original time. They did send a replacement. The Gatwick Worth is a nice hotel but does need a refurbishment of the rooms

• Gatwick Worth I booked into the Gatwick Worth and, despite having stayed there several times previously, was very disappointed this time. The room was noisy and I had to move rooms. The shuttle bus now only runs once an hour rather than every 20 mins, inconvenient when going to and from the airport. However, Holiday Extras were as efficient and helpful as ever when I had to change my booking.
