- Gatwick Worth hotel service was excellent and the hotel suited our needs, the transfer to and from the airport was direct and efficient with helpful friendly drivers. we did not worry about the car whilst we were away and the pick up was timed to perfection we are pleased with the result and if we fly from gatwick in the future the Worth hotel would be our first choice Agnes & Bill Grieve

- Gatwick Worth hotel I have stayed several times and will do so again in November.Staff, rooms, food are all excellent and of course the Courtesy 'bus is a boon.

- Gatwick Worth hotel The staff at the hotel were really nice, however, the other guests were very inconsiderate when coming back to the hotel late at night. Additionally, on our return, our car was parked at the back of the hotel, it was very dark with no signs and a very poor road surface. That could be improved & not cost much.

- Gatwick Worth hotel Although we expected to wait for up to half an hour, following our phone call to the taxi, we were picked up within the time and the car was ready for us. we just had time for a drink before continuing our journey home

- Gatwick Worth hotel I think a lift/elevator should be in place as some of us have disabilities like arthritis in our knees or hands and find it difficult to take heavy baggage up stairs and along the corridors, but apart from that , there is nothing to complain about

- Gatwick Worth hotel Although we only stayed one night, it took the pain out of arriving at the airport (without the traffic jams etc). The service was excellent and the shuttle bus to and from the airport was fast and on time. The room was second to none and the car parking was fantastic.
