For customers arriving via public transport:
Free transfers from the airport to the hotel are available from all four terminals on public buses from approximately 3.30am to midnight.
If you are coming from terminals 1 and 3, bus U3 leaves from stand 18 at the central bus station every 10 to 15 minutes. You should get off at the third stop, Compass Centre - the hotel is across the road. The journey should take about six to eight minutes.
If you come into terminal 5, catch bus 423 from stand 7 and get off at the fourth stop, which is right outside the hotel. The bus runs every 15 minutes and the journey should take about eight to 10 minutes.
If you come into terminal 4, you should catch bus 555, which leaves from stand 7, to terminals 1 and 3, or catch the Heathrow Connect train. Both of these are free.
You can also get the Heathrow Hoppa to the hotel from all four terminals. Tickets cost £4.50 per adult - up to two children under 15 travel free. The buses don't routinely stop at the Arora, so you'll need to ask the driver to do so.
Buses H4, H5 and H55 run from terminals 1 and 3 between 4.34am and 11.37pm. There are at least four buses an hour, and the journey should take between 15 and 25 minutes. Bus H53 runs from terminal 4 every half hour between 4.53am and 11.23pm, calling at terminal 5 10 minutes later. The journey from terminal 4 takes about 20 minutes.
