"Very good value hotel. Helpful staff. Only problem was frequency of bus from Heathrow. On return from holiday was very full and took 45 minutes picking up and dropping people before we reached the Comfort Hotel. No such problem going out at 4.a.m!"

"I will certainly do this again as it took all of the stress away from getting to the airport in time for my morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable and for the price I thought it was a bargain. The shuttle arrived on time and got me to the airport in time to check in and have a relaxing breakfast before the flight"

"At the hotel, i had a very early start the following day - the hotel was very noisy - people running up and down corridors and windows were not double glazed, so proved not an ideal place to sleep before a long flight, I called reception at 3am to complain and nothing was done about it. well located, just not certain they are ideal for getting a good nights sleep."

We arrived between two long flights, with two children under 3 years and notably tired, the staff were considerate to our situation and made the whole experience a very pleasant one. "our first nights stay was at the astora park hotel heathrow and whilst the room was excellent the parking for the car was in the basement and when we arrived the car park was extremely full and the only space available was right next to the electronic security gate and was an very tight fit to say the least as my car in the large car bracket. My concerns were if other motorists did not get the angle of their car correct on leaving my car would have been hit.The next morning I went to get something from my car and was surprised to see many of the spaces had in fact been used by employee of the hotel and not by paying guests, therfore should there not be designated spaces for both guests and staff. While this experience will not stop me using holiday extras in the future, I will not be using this particular hotel again."
