• Comfort Inn Heathrow Facilities great for the one night stay. Couldn't hear any plans even though close to the airport, shuttle bus on time!! Great food at the hotel

• Comfort Inn Heathrow The overnight hotel kept the printed booking confirmation which also had details of my Servisair booking at Heathrow. When I got to the airport Servisair had no record of my booking with them. I had to pay a pound to log on to their internet terminal to show them my emailed confirmation before they would let me in. Seperate confirmation details would have been better than having them all on one sheet.

• Comfort Inn Heathrow The staff were very helpful. I took the coach and hotel package and particularly appreciate the fact that you shipped me new coach tickets because my flight schedule was modified (Thank-you Sandra).
  Besides this, the price for this package is really great value.

• Comfort Inn Heathrow When we left the Underground at Terminal 5,the Hoppa bus to the hotel was excellent and so I booked a return trip for the following day. The hotel was excellent. I would do it again.

• Comfort Inn Heathrow Your booking system - 1st class. The Comfort Hotel poor.
  Had booked two nights - before and after holiday. 1st night was no problem and told reception we would be late in checking in for 2nd night because of late arrival of flight. When we arrived 2 weeks later at midnight we were told there was no room available "there was a problem with room" No other explanation offered. Hotel did arrange room and transport at another hotel 20 mins away but service received from this hotel is not what I would have expected.

  booked wake up call but did not get one fortunately had back up on my mobile phone as heading to heathrow for international flight. hopper door to door service to airport very convenient. Would use comfort hotel again.

• Comfort Inn Heathrow Very good value hotel. Helpful staff. Only problem was frequency of bus from Heathrow. On return from holiday was very full and took 45 minutes picking up and dropping people before we reached the Comfort Hotel. No such problem going out at 4.a.m!

• Comfort Inn Heathrow I will certainly do this again as it took all of the stress away from getting to the airport in time for my morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable and for the price I thought it was a bargain. The shuttle arrived on time and got me to the airport in time to check in and have a relaxing breakfast before the flight
