Very clean, comfortable and good value. Convenient for Heathrow travellers. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Play area in the lobby for children makes this a good choice for families with young children

The plannned hotel reservation and parking booked through holiday extras all went without a hitch and was much cheaper than booking direct with the hotel concerned.

Very noisy hotel (not noise from airport). I booked a twin room, first room was a double, allocated another room which was already occupied gave the occupants a bit of a shock!

Directions to hotel from station were very vague and meant we had a detour over pedestrian foot bridge instead of coming straight across the road junction, not an easy thing to carry a 23kg suitcase ! Apart from that, hotel was very clean and quiet with a good breakfast. Will certainly keep you in mind for future events.

The Comfort hotel was great, but probably wouldn't use again due to appalling Hoppa bus service - separate complaint going into National Express

The hotel was of a suitable standard if staying in an up graded room, which we did happen to receive on the outward trip, but the standard room on our return dated the 16th February 2008, was not of a very satisfactory standard equalivant to a 4* rating. We found the reception staff was very helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible.

After searching all London Hotels and parking, we decided to use Holiday extras .co.uk for price comparision. We found that taking a chance on the unnamed hotel, but rated at least 4* to be of very good value and would not hesitate to use holiday extras again in the future.

Super room and a really good quality breakfast in the morning. Made a fabulous start to our holiday as we felt so rested and pampered before our long haul flight.

This was extremely good value and easy to arrange, even for changing our stay to the end of the parking rather than the beginning as most fo the sites on the web are set up for. After a long 15 hour flight the bed and service at the Hotel were wonderful and the breakfast a treat.

I made a mistake with my first booking so called Holiday extras hoping I could cancel- not only did they find me a better deal- they refunded my first booking instantly with no charge. The hotel was excellent and the parking secure. Cant recommend highly enough.

i found the agent very clear and easy to understand and even took time out to have a bit of a laugh and a joke, its not always about taking the money and running, was left with a very nice feel good factor and enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Will be more than happy to use this way of booking again.
