"excellent service. we normaly would only book a named hotel with parking but took a chance on booking one of the 4 star specials where the name was not given until completion of the booking. We ended up in a great hotel and made a fantastic saving!!" / 10

"We arrived at the Windsor Marriott on Friday 27th March ready for our flights to Florida the next day. The receptionist realised that the wrong date was on our booking form. Hans, the duty manager, could not have been more helpful. He sorted everything out and told me not to be stressed and enjoy my holiday. What a relief. The hotel was beautifully clean and had all we needed for the short stay over. The reception staff even gave us bags to pack our car seats in for the flight the next day! Thank you to everyone. "On arriving at the Hotel all the staff were very courteous and booked me into a lovely room that had two double beds in it and also asked if I needed assistance with my bags. As usual, I can find nothing to complain about regarding Holiday Extras, the hotel had my booking and gave me the detailed instructions where to park my car and how to get to the car park the morning before my flight. "Hotel is really close to Heathrow terminal five and has a hopper bus service every half an hour. The hotel was organised and expected our arrival the night before we started our holiday and with drinks at the bar and a full English breakfast the following morning, made our stay pleasurable and hassel free. In addition we saved £120 on the normal room tariff. how fantastic was that. We would deffinately use it again and certainly recommend it." / 10

"Due to our travel arrangements, we spent two nights at the hotel, the 31/10/09 &09/11/09. We throughly enjoyed our stay, the hotel is clean bright airy & spacious, both restaurants are very good & the staff obliging & helpful. "the hotel and amenities were great and the hotel is easy with the hopper bus to get to the airport i have used your hotel about 4 times and will again at xmas, just one downside to my stay this year, i washed and cleaned my car before i came and left it with you for 2 weeks while i went away and i came back to find it moved but the whole top of my car and bonnet was covered in birds' mess." / 10

My only regret was that I could not have spent more time in the room. We had a very early Flight (Check in 4am) so had to be out by 3.45am" / 10

"The hotel was lovely - just the place for a comfortable, sound night's sleep. I had everything I needed in my room, including a hairdryer - it really gets on my nerves when hotels don't give you a hairdryer. Why? - and posh toiletries. The place was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The staff also made an impression on me as they were so helpful and solicitous. Given the price I paid, I got a really good deal, and I'd be happy to stay there again." / 10

"Not impressed with little things at the Park Inn Hotel, Meal was fine - staff were good but things you would expect from a reasonable hotel near an airport missing. No shower creme - only two little bottles of shampoo so I had to unpack my bag to get the one I was taking on holiday and no flannel so I had to get mine wet and take it with me wet - not satisfactory as far as I am concerned!!" / 10

"In all the times we have used your service, the only negative point has been on our last outward journey when we found ourselves--life-long non smokers--in a smoking room at the Heathrow Renaissance. "The hotel was fine the parking arrangements wer fine we had no problems at all for 79.00 we had an overnight stay & two weeks parking also very near to Windsor where we spent the Sarturday afternoon before flyingout to Athens early Sunday morning from terminal 5" / 10
