All rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Heathrow terminal 5 have an en-suite bathroom, blackout curtains, satellite TV, including children's channels, extra pillows, secondary glazing, air conditioning, pay-per-view movies, tea and coffee, a desk with a lamp, a phone with voicemail and a modem point.

There is no room service, but you can order food in the restaurant and take it up to your room.

Dinner is served from 6pm to 10pm. A free hot and continental breakfast is served from 6.30am to 10am on weekdays, and from 7am to 10.30am at weekends. The hotel also has a cocktail lounge.

Check-in

You can check in from 2pm and you must check out by noon. The hotel may let you check out later, if you arrange it with them, but there may be a charge for this.
