Leave the M4 at junction 3 and join the A312 southbound, which is signposted Feltham.
Follow the A312 for about four miles. Shortly after the road becomes Harlington Road West, turn right at the traffic lights by Feltham Park and the bus stop. You will see the hotel about 600 yards down the road on the left.
For customers arriving via public transport:
There are two public buses which run from the airport to the hotel every eight minutes. Bus 285 runs from terminals 1 and 3, and bus 490 runs from terminals 4 and 5. Tickets cost £2.20 per person - children under 11 travel free - and the journey takes between 15 and 25 minutes.
Bus 285 runs 24 hours a day; bus 490 does not run through the night, but you can get to terminals 1 and 3 on the free Heathrow Connect train from terminal 4, or the free Heathrow Express train from terminal 5, and then catch bus 285 to the hotel. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost about £15.
