There's continental, cooked and chef's selection breakfasts available in the Plaza Brasserie. For continental, you can enjoy chilled juices, milk, cereals, chilled fruits and the bakery selection. For cooked breakfast, you can take your pick from eggs (scrambled, fried, poached or boiled), the hot buffet selection which includes sausages, bacon, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms, hash browns and sauteed potatoes. Or if you just want to grab a quick bite, why not try one of the delicious chef's specials. There's poached eggs with smokes salmon on a bagel or toasted muffin, a smoked salmon and cheese bagel, or smoked haddock/kippers with lemon.
Lunch and dinner
For lunch or dinner, you've got the choice of seven delicious starters, some of which include: soup of the day, smoked haddock, tomato and basil risotto, Chinese style crispy duck or seared scallops. For the main, you can take your pick from grilled chicken and creamed spaghetti, coconut and chilli monkfish linguini, home-made crab cakes with sour cream; 8, 12 or 10oz steak, a chicken breast burger or grilled Scottish salmon fillet. For those with a smaller appetite, the Lounge Bar is perfect. If you miss out on breakfast in the Plaza Brasserie, you can grab one of the special baps or bagels.
