"Bewleys Hotel was very good. Comfortable room and lovely food. Airparks was at the other end of the scale. We paid for the duration of our holiday, or so we thought, but had to pay an extra £14 on arrival of parking the car. Why? We couldn't understand that either!! Having paid for 9 days (the duration of our holiday) we were told on arrival that we had to pay for an extra day (making it 10 days) - why did we have to pay for an extra day when we didn't need it? Cars were extremely tightly packed in narrow parking spaces, causing us a little trouble getting in and out of the car. Not in a very good location and very poorly signposted." / 10

"The hotel was excellent and much better than the more expensive Raddisson that we have used in the past. Securapark was excellent as usual." / 10

"The only issue we had was that the dates that we put in for the car parking was incorrect and we had an additional cost to pay on arrival" / 10

"Our stay at your hotel was a lovely start to our holiday, allowing us a very comfortable family room to relax in with a lovely meal in your restaurant the night before we departed from Manchester airport. The airport terminal was literally opposite the hotel reception, and easy to get to courtesy of your free shuttle." / 10
