"We wanted a hotel on site as we'd had trouble before getting transport to collect our car if it was late at night and I was glad we did this. Our flight was delayed but we got to our car very easily and quickly. No hassles at all." / 10

"Excellent service, once again. On arrival at our "mystery" 4* hotel, at Manchester Airport, which was on the list of named hotels, but at a lower cost, we were upgraded to a King size suite, free of charge. Transfers to & from the airport went very smoothly. I would certainly use the facility again." / 10

"The hotel was lovely and very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very efficient check in/out process. I was disappointed that there wasnt a pen with the writing material as I had forgotten mine and I would expect it in a hotel of this calibre. The little extras were a nice touch though, shampoo, shower gel, sewing kit etc The only two real negative points I can make is that the website stated our car would be left at the hotel for the 8 days we were away and was the deciding factor on booking this hotel but it was moved to a secure site about 12 miles away. Secondly we had to wait 30 minutes for the tranport back to the hotel on arriving back at the airport and only after I had made a further call to the hotel on my mobile. All in all very pleased." / 10

"The Hotel and parking were very good and fully met our requirements, however, I was not best pleased at wasting time and patience driving about looking for the Quality Inn, Altringham for half an hour at the busiest time of the day to find that it had changed its name to The Bowden Hotel and removed all evidence of 'Quality'. It would have been helpful if someone had let us know!" / 10

"we were disappointed that The Crowne Plaza at Manchester Airport no longer have a swimming pool. We were told this was due to the recent economy problems but we particularly chose this hotel because we wanted to use this facility along with sauna/jacuzzi to get our holiday off to a good start. We used this hotel in January and the pool was open then. We still feel the overnight stay and airport parking is a fabulous idea, it works for us if we have a saturday/sunday/monday departure." / 10

"The staff at Manchester were excellent. On our return from Egypt on Chritmas Day at 2300 hrs to be told our battery was flat due to the extreme cold weather the Uk had been having the previous 10 days. The staff were extremely helpful and very efficient in getting the car started in the very cold conditions that evening, as snow & ice that had fallen over the previous week, had made the conditions underfoot very slippery. The lady in reception office kept our spirits up, whilst we waited in the warmth. We would recommend using Airparks again - having previously used Castle Donnington and Garretts Green sites." / 10

"Excellent. Unbelievable value if you take account of the usual cost for long stay parking at the airport car parks. It actually costs less to stay in a really nice hotel for the night, with no stress regarding possible hold ups on the way to the airport, good food and a reliable transfer system to and from the airport terminal, than to pay one weeks parking at airport parking rate." / 10

"Dear All This is the first time I booked with Holiday Extras.com and it will not be the the last. We have travelled many times from Manchester Airport and would pay around £46 for two weeks at the Airparks. However we stayed at the Hilton Hotel at terminal two and paid for one night each at the hotel including the carpark for £76. We had a great time and the staff and drivers from the hotel were excellent. I would recommend the above. 10 out of 10." / 10

"we always try to stay in the hilton and yes again it was lovely. the car parking as gone back to how it was before and the hilton mini bus took us back to the hilton car park. this was much appeciated after a long haul flight back home. it is real value for money and a perfect stress free way to both start and finish your holiday. thank you" / 10

"Great service, but the car park was a lot further from the hotel than expected, so this meant an early rise to catch the plane. (hoping to avoid that) Hense the overnight stay. Somewhat defeated the object really. But nevertheless...good service." / 10

"I booked with Holiday Extras for the 'park and fly' package. I chose the mystery option at Manchester Airport. As a lone traveller, I was pleasantly surprised to get a deluxe double room and the parking and transfers were quick and seamless. Excellent." / 10

"We booked an overnight stay and 14 days' car parking and would definitely do this again as it was VERY resonably priced and let us have a nights sleep before transfer to the airport. The receptionist and the drivers were excellent and very friendly. Thank you" / 10

"We would have ticked a higher value if the room that we had been in was cleaner. Red wine had been spilt by a previous customer and it was up the walls and all over the bedside table. Had we spotted it earlier in our stay we would have asked for a cleaner room. Apart from that it made the start of our holiday a lot easier." / 10

"The hotel and car arrangements were definitely class. Used the gym twice before going away, and on return at 2.30 am was picked up within minutes from airport and returned to Hotel where car was waiting. Bus drivers both ways were very pleasant and helpful." / 10

"Everything went very smoothly, and the hotel absolutely suited our needs (plus we used their swimming pool and had a decent meal - nice way to start a holiday!). Only one slight problem in that the hotel's shuttle bus timetable had changed (we needed an early shuttle for a v early flight) - however the hotel honoured what was on the website and said they were happy to pay for a taxi if we wanted to go outside the timetable. Excellent all round and would use this service and hotel again." / 10

"the only problem we had was the bus service that ran you to the airport and back actually didn't run when welanded back in Manchester, so we had to get a taxi which cost us £10.00. When you think you've already got everything sorted,you have to pay extra." / 10

The website did advertise that our vehicle would stay on site at Manchester airport, however it was moved to another venue about 15 miles away. Saying that our car was returned on time." / 10

The only thing (Which isn't really a problem) is that when we got to the hotel they told us that airparks gold had closed down and we had to go to another car park. It wasn't really a problem but they told us we should have been informed and i am inclined to agree. Other than that as usual we were very please with your services" / 10

"It was a perfect start to a perfect holiday thank you. The staff assisted us in transportation to and from the airport. As there was 4 of us travelling it was more economic to use a local taxi for airport transfer. Will certainly do again." / 10

"Met by excellent porter (Andy) as we pulled up outside hotel. All luggage carried to room (which smelt strongly of smoke). Porter arranged to change rooms within seconds. Ate in bar area and enjoyed good standard of food with free wine! Car parking arrangements are first class and will definitely use again." / 10

"Very handy for airport. excellent transfer service. I called the hotel on our return and the driver was already waiting for us when we came out with our cases The ony down side was that breakfast which was included in the price of the room did not start until 7.00 or 7.30 (cant remember exactly) so we had to leave without food and buy one at the airport. That said we would use the hotel again. The staff are very helpful and polite. Car parking on site, would recommend" / 10

"Yes, yes & yes. However, re Britannia Country House Hotel,on both nights we were roomed at the front of the hotel immediately above where the coach parked (every 45 mins or so) and, on EVERY visit, the driver left the engine running constantly. This certainly disturbd our sleep." / 10
