A very satisfactory arrangement which worked well for us and was good value for money. It was pleasing that the Pub food was reasonably priced and we did not feel ripped off before we flew next day. The taxi arrangements were also very efficient both to and from the airport.

Very relaxing start to a holiday - excellent food at The Ash public house opposite the accommodation and superb accommodation. Only problem was noise from the next door property for approx. one hour in the middle of the night - appreciate you have no control over noisy neighbours!

Good point: the chef took trouble to prepare our choice of meals although we arrived after published dinner finishing time. Bad point: the family rooms did not have towels or kettle. Discovered this late at night, so used own towels and did not make a drink.

We booked the Radison in order to be able to stay close to the Airport terminal at Stanstead, but also to be in a position to see the Airport runway, as advertised - this was disappointing, as the room we had only had a view of the end of the runway. Otherwise, apart from the high prices of drinks, we enjoyed our stay

This hotel was outstanding. Conveniently located, beautifully designed, quiet but with ample amenities. I appreciated the convenience of email checking stations in the lobby, and the wonderful bar and restaurant. This is one of very few airport hotels that represents good value for money.

The staff at the Hilton were polite, helpful and very efficient. We both enjoyed our experience. It was an excellent begining to our holiday and such a contrast to our experience of the Hilton at Heathrow. When flying from Standstead we will be staying again.

Nice lay out of room. Underfloor heating was great as were the speakers in the bathroom.The wine tower looked fantastic and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Staff helpful and efficient. Accommodation clean and well appointed. Bathroom cold. Bed appeared at first to be lumpy but proved comfortable to sleep on.

we really enjoyed our stay at the raddison stanstead the room was lovely and comfortable and the meal at the italian restaraunt was yummy, thank you for your service oh the children were amazed at the wine angels very diffrent its a shame we didnt want any wine!!!

We had a lovely overnight stay, the room was very comfortable, we had a relaxing time in the sauna & jacuzzi. We decided to top it off by having a meal in the restaurant. Unfortunately, this was a disappointment. I had the fish of the day, which was cooked superbly, but my husband decided to push the boat out and have the fillet steak with peppercorn sauce. He asked for it to be cooked medium, we were told by the very helpful waitress that there would be a 20-30 min wait, while it was cooked, not a problem. But when it did arrive it was well done and the peppercorn sauce was gravy with pepper ground into it. No peppercorns were evident. The waitress asked if everything was ok and my husband did explain that it was not, she did offer to change it, but he felt that another wait would then make it a long time, as I would have then finished my meal by the time it arrived. She did offer us a coffee on the house. We would happily return to the Hilton on our next trip abroad.Many thanks

Smooth efficent service. Receptionist very welcoming. We had a good nights sleep after a stressful journey and felt refreshed for the next day. Good breakfast and great parking. I would definitely use the service again.
