"I booked a hotel with you and had to cancel as the room was too small for the amount of people... I then booked a bigger room, and had to cancel again, on the day we were meant to stay in the hotel, as my baby went into hospital. Even at that short notice i was refunded both times." / 10

"The room had one bedside light missing, and the grab handle in the bath which is very essential to elderly persons is obscured by the shower screen, so cannot be used on exit from bath. Spaghetti sold in the "Italian" restaurant are Vermicelli - and they say spaghetti is better known, so the chef calls them that. Breakfast for 2 in the room was served with only one plate. No manager was available for complaint "as they were all at a meeting" but a substitute manager was then found who cancelled all extra charges." / 10

"All went smoothly with the car. Staff at hotel were very helpful - the room was lovely. One down side was that we got charged double for a starter in the restaurant due to the waitress misunderstanding our request to share a starter - they were not in a rush to admit that it was their mistake and made me feel it was mine - saying we should have realised the portion was not for one person. As I hadnt eaten there before I didnt know what the portion sizes were like. I paid the extra as didnt want to make a fuss but it did put a bit of a dampner on our stay." / 10

"Couldn't complain about the hotel room, price or location. Great value! However service in the italian restaurant was terrible and very expensive. When we complained to the restaurant manager who apologised and said he had spoken to the waiter several times before. Not what I would expect from this hotel. Repeat booker with holiday extras and can't fault their service." / 10

"I booked a night's stay at the Radisson Hotel at Stansted prior to my holiday. It's an impressive hotel - very efficient, courteous service and good quality accommodation. Arrangements for the parking of my car were dealt with smoothly. One suggestion for clients using the hotel is to reserve a table in the restaurants as you arrive. When I went to eat at 8.30 there were no tables free until 10.00pm which was too late." / 10

"The hotel is really nice and we are due to stay again in August. One thing that did go wrong was we could not access our room but a member of staff came up and sorted the problem out offering us each a glass of wine for the trouble.. We were very impressed with the girl on the wires. We would also like to say a big thank you to a member of the conciege who helped us out when our vechile would not start on our return. Everyone was very friendly and extremly helpful." / 10

"The room was excellent, well furnished and decorated, roomy, comfortable and clean. Staff were professional and helpful. We made use of the leisure facilities and enjoyed a pleasant meal in the evening. It was a grand start to our holiday. The airport was less than 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, which was great on our return trip as we had only to call in for our car keys - no waiting around for buses. And the 'Wine Angel'... amazing!!" / 10
