    "Staff very unhelpful and unwelcoming. We were delayed arriving at lounge due to huge queques at airport security, so when we checked in at lounge desk at 20.00 we were told we would have to leave before 21.00 as she closed promptly at 21.00 We said we knew they closed at 21.00 but expected to leave then and not before. She then said OK but only because "The Emirates" flight was delayed so she would remain open for them. Why do they have preferntial treatment?" 2 / 10

    "Relaxing surroundings. Greeting lady efficient, but oh what a misery (not exactly a cheery welcome). An early flight at 6.40am meant it would have been beneficial to have had at least a croisant on offer - as much too early to take advantage of alcohol, do not think it too much to ask to be able to take a morning newspaper, but succinctly informed they MUST be relaced on the rack. Otherwise fine." 7 / 10
