  • Aspire Lounge The service there was so slow , sometimes the queue to get a drink was 6 to 7 people deep , i asked for some salad and i had to wait 10 minutes , very poor

  • Aspire Lounge We found the lounge had changed so much. We book every year but not again as we found the food was poor, the cost of the lounge was poor. We think because you now have the new up market lounge you are letting the the old one down.

    Not a lot of choise
    Drinks seemed limied as had to wait a while to be served
    So was disappointed as this trip was for my dear friend recovering from thoat cancer

  • Aspire Lounge Comfortable seating, early morning so had breakfast which was already prepared so you helped yourself, plenty of drinks, ample seating, great way to relax before boarding plane.

  • Aspire Lounge Tables had not been cleared! Had to do it ourselves to get a table, as we're many other people!! No gin, and clearly the staff didn't care, a customer told me they had no gin all morning. Asked to see who was in charge and he assured me they would have it shortly! No cutlery and very little food on display which was lukewarm. Won't be using it again or recommend to friends
