• Servisair Lounge We booked the lounge at Edinburgh Airport, due to weather, the delays caused the airport to close so we didn't make it to the lounge. We were transfered to Glasgow by coach for our flight but the lounge voucher was non-transferable. We were told we couldn't even have a refund.

• Servisair Lounge The lady in charge of the Lounge could not have been more helpful. I am slightly disabled, and she was more than kind. I was in transit from Paris to Atlanta to see my grandchildren, and the whole experience in the Edinburgh Lounge could not be surpassed!
