    "Although we were delayed by diverts on A1 which made us 2hrs later than expected we did at least have half an hour of peace and quiet in the lounge before having to depart. This was a life saver! We will be booking this again next time and hopefully have a longer experience in the lounge area -with, hopefully, no delays on motorway!!!" 9 / 10

    "To escape the noise and general hussle and bussle of the terminal, is an integral part of our travelling day.......check in your luggage, and then slip into the VIP lounge for a hot chocolate for my Wife, and a large G&T for me.....Ahh, the holiday starts right here!!.     "We arrived at the hotel at 4:00am and there was a porter waiting for us, check-in was very quick and easy. The room could do with modernising but was very big and the bed was very comfortable" 10 / 10
