    "The hotel lounge was very comfortable and good value for money, The overnight hotel was basic but then it was very inexpensive when combined with the parking, the parking was fine but we wished that we had paid the extra £20 for them to deliver the car to the terminal on our return" 8 / 10

    "We had booked the airport lounge & this was extremely beneficial as there was concerns that some of the flights would be delayed due to the heavy snow. It was so relaxing to sit in peace & quiet - having free drinks & snacks whilst there waiting for our flight to board. Parking was easy, transfers to & from the airport extremely efficient. Overall excellent value for money. Many thanks," 10 / 10

    "We were the only family with children in the lounge and so we were very relaxed. If there were lots of children in the loung it would be a lot more difficult as the toys for children were limited" 9 / 10

    "The facilities were disappointing, as we were travelling with children we were forced to sit in an area with only one set of comfortable seats, so ended up having to sit on hard chairs at a grimey table. The rubbish bin was over flowing and in general the childrens play area was 'sticky'. the facilities were not up to the standard set by 'airline' lounges" 4 / 10

    "Yes we were very happy with the staff and facilities in the private lounge, although we were trapped in the lift going to the lounge for almost 1 hour before being freed, so were in need of a drink when we arrived at the lounge." 10 / 10

    "Was a bit disappointed with the No 1 Lounge at LGW South Terminal. I know you are meant to feel relaxed - but it took ages for our drinks to come.Then we were told they were short staffed in the kitchen so our food came at different times." 7 / 10

    "What a rip-off. For £17.50 all we got was a slice of burnt toast, a mini croissant and half a mini Danish each. One TV screen showing BBC, a table football game and a couple of magazines and newspapers. No one asked us if we wanted anything further after our starvation diet helpings of so-called breakfast, and the toilets were out of order. Oh, and there were no flight announcements either. All together a complete waste of money." 1 / 10

    "Airport Lounge was a great place to relax and chill out while waiting for the flight to board and kick off your holiday-highly recommended. Car parking was smooth and efficient, well sign posted etc, one very minor criticism (and one that I appreciate you can do nothing about) was that getting the bus back to the car park on arrival back at Gatwick was something of a free-for-all, people queue jumping and pushing their way onto the bus. I hasten to add I would very happily book these services without a second thought" 10 / 10
