  • Due to a flat tyre we were late arriving at Gatwick and only had 1 hour in the lounge instead of 3. However we made the most of the time we had and enjoyed the facilities and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful

  • Every thing was excellent - we have used other airport lounges previously and this was by far the best - great way to start our holiday. We have recommended you to our and family and friends. Staff were very helpful and attentive. A haven away from the hustle and bustle!!!!

  • Lounge area looked nice, but the seats uncomfortable and there were not enough of them. Also there was only one loo, and that was not in a pleasant state!

  • We booked a taxi for the Airport at 9.00am (as per our booking form with you) which did not arrive. The Aurora Hotel very kindly telephoned and was told it had been booked at 11.00am!

  • One of the things that attracted us to this lounge was the complimetary meals. However, when we tried to order pizza and bacon sandwiches for our children, both of which were on the already limited menu, we were told that they had run out of both. This was at 10.45 in the morning.

  • This booking was for the airport lounge. It was well worth the extra to sit in comfort especially as our flight was delayed by an hour.

  • The surroundings were very nice although we couldn't go upstairs in the lounge as it had just been 'steam cleaned' which was a little disappointing.Even so it was lovely to get away from the crowds.The food was very nicely presented and my 'trio of bridge rolls' were lovely but my daughter was a little disappointed with 'eggs benedict' as the menu suggested there would be more than 1 egg but there was only 1 on top of half a muffin so it wasn't really a meal as such but all in all it was a good experience
