"Very relaxing after a 13 hour flight from singapore to have a couple of hours away from the general airport bustle before final flight home to scotland. Extremely good value for money considering free coffee, refreshments, papers etc. Lounge environment very calm and of a very good standard a nd staff very helpful." / 10

"The first floor of the 'Holideck' Terminal 4 Heathrow was closed for refurbishment which we didn't know about. Therefore, the ground floor was extreamly busy and it was difficult to find somewhere to sit. The second floor veiwing area is all metal with a couple of stools, small area with no heating so quite cold even if you wanted to escape all the people downstairs. " / 10

"The only thing that I would comment is that it would be nice if a selection of sandwiches were available. i know there were crackers and cheese but I do not eat cheese but if you are traveling on a long journey it would be nice to have a little better choice but on the whole the lounge and staff were very good. "Very good service. Some of the televisions were out of use and it was a little unclear whether we could leave and then return. Maybe more information prior to arrival within the lounge, or lounge staff explain once you arrive." / 10

"Yes, yes and yes! Having been in other lounges, might I suggest offering some fresh sandwiches. Some people can't eat fruit and are looking for something fresh before getting on a longhaul flight. Otherwise it is just so good to get out of the crowds and noise and have some peace and quiet. Well done!" / 10

"Everything was fine.The only problem was when you check in on line you don't have as much time to fill at the airport.So my time in the lounge was only very short but as far as I could see there was everything provided to make that time a pleasant experie" / 10

"Yes the staff were very helpful and it was quiet until a group of seven men arrived and sat behind me and talked in rather loud voices until I had to move away to try and get a little peace! (I had just had an eleven hour flight overnight and felt tired.) My suggestions are as follows: 1)Ask people to regard this as a restful place. 2)Have a few reclining chairs in case people might want to sleep. 3)Have a shower room for those who might want to refresh themselves. Otherwise, it was a good experience and I was pleased to move away from the main waiting area." / 10

"We had never used an airport lounge before but decided that, as it was our honeymoon, to treat ourselves! We were thrilled with the set up, the service, the facilities and the amenities available. "I had an extremely long stayover at Heathrow before heading off on the long flight back to Australia and to get away from the general terminal for even three hours was like arriving at an oasis - very relaxing, quiet, my choice of refreshments, etc. Glad I saw it on the internet; even happier I booked in!" / 10
