The dress code in the lounge is smart casual - so no vest tops, baseball caps, shorts or football shirts. The lounge also expects reasonable behaviour from all its guests - lounge staff do have the right to not let someone in, or to ask them to leave, if they have any concerns. In such cases, a refund wouldn't be available.
