  • Escape Lounge (Terminal 1) I always choose Holiday Extras. I have always found them extremely efficient. On this occasion had the need to contact them due to an amendment to the flight time. There was no fuss and the alteration was attended to immediately. Documents were also posted to me due to my printer not working.
