"I have used the Lounge many times and find it to be the best way to start the holiday as you can relax and enjoy the hospitality of the lounge, and the staff make you feel very welcome and helpfull."

"Efficient and pleasent staff. Clean and mainly quiet apart from the usual mobile phone talkers who want everyone to know they are indispenisble. At least "I'm at the airport" is marginally better than "I'm on the train"."

"Our holiday was made all the more enjoyable for the relaxed, trouble-free experience at the airport. This was our first, but not the last, experience with Holiday Extras. Though we noticed that snacks were available, we hadn't realised that we could have had a light breakfast of cereals, too. However, we'll remember that next time we travel for that is all that we would have required. Even so, to be able to read the paper whilst enjoying the other snacks was marvellous."
