  • Aspire Lounge Terminal 1 The lounge did not open until 7am whereas staff made contact with myself 2 days prior to departure telling me that the lounge would open at 6.30am on Christmas Day. This was not the case. The lounge opened at 7am.

  • Aspire Lounge Terminal 1 The facilities were atrocious. I paid £119.00 to receive a service to be told I needed to show my invite. An invite is free not.00 pounds!!! The menu was changed 2 weeks prior to me booking and your website had not been updated so I was unable to eat anything as I do not like pasta olives cous cous etc. When complained your manafer took my contact details but I have heard nothing from your company prior to this survey. I think it was a complete waste of money and lacked good customer service. I would never recommend you to anyone. Will use other hospitality lounge companies in future

  • Aspire Lounge Terminal 1 very easy check in process. Food and drink available. Tables cleaned . good value for money. Able to get breakfast in a quiet unrushed area. A good start to the holiday.
