    "The airport parking was very easy to use and will definately use again. The use of the departure lounge was also excellent however I think the price should be tiered to reflect the time of day. There is (in my opinion) little call for the free alcoholic drinks between 05:00 and 08:00 which is when I used the facility. I am not sure that I would use the facility again unless the prices were lower." 8 / 10

    "everything went smoothly with the car parking facility (Premier car parking) however, the standard of the bollin lounge at manchester airport is not very high, and not really worth the money - it was disappointing" 5 / 10

    "I have used the facility numerous times. Only thing was you did not do the cereal and milk, only cereal bars. Please return to the former as I for one do not like to eat bars at 6.00am. Thank you" 10 / 10

    "Efficient and pleasent staff. Clean and mainly quiet apart from the usual mobile phone talkers who want everyone to know they are indispenisble. At least "I'm at the airport" is marginally better than "I'm on the train"." 8 / 10
