    arrived after a horrendous journey taking 2 1/2 hours to find I'd booked T2 and was flying T1 with only mins left we were told we had to use T2 lounge I offered to pay the difference but no all we needed was a coffee and a juice as my sugar levels were getting low ,still no so by the time I'd tried to reason and was told to ring holiday extras to pay the extra we had to leave so I donated £39 to you quite an expensive coffee and juice not happy year old

  • Swissport Servisair A complete shambles,it should have been in t3( we were told by information desk at t3 nobody could help us as it was booked in t2,one place did try but they could not fit us in, so tired after a long haul flight and seats taken up by peolple sleeping and sprawled out over seats, we had 5hrs till our flight,never again Poor Service

  • Swissport Servisair The Airport lounge said there was no booking, the lounge was full and would not admit us.It cost over £60 to have breakfast and a couple of drinks.Very very disappointed. We are pensioners and were told to claim a full refund back which I would like to do.Very embarrassing start to our holiday.
