"Excellent! All facilities were good and booking was smooth. Even had to ring up twice to change the arrival time for the departure lounge as our tour operator changed the flight times and this was changed with no hastle by your telephone staff... Thank Yo" / 10

"After boarding our plane we had to then get off again because of a technical problem. We were relieved to be welcomed back into the lounge until the plane was ready to re-board. Very clean and personnel pleasant and welcoming." / 10
