• No.1 Stansted at Gate 49 Very polite staff..Made to feel very welcome..Excellent pre-flight facility ! (although toilets within lounge area would be an advantage) 1st class will absolutely use again !!

• No.1 Stansted at Gate 49 Lounge was empty apart from us, not relaxing as all staff were on hand to assist us! Not a good enough selection of hot food or sandwiches, view of the runway was good though. A nice change but would not do again.
