"Staff were very helpful, luggage was loaded and we were on our way to the airport in no time. On returning the bus was ther waiting,they loaded up and off. Our car was placed near by for us. Many people seem to use this car park" / 10

"Excellent service even though flight was cancelled and I was six hours late there was still someone to pick me up and take me to my car. At the car park my car was waiting near the entrance. Very pleased." / 10

"As it was raining on our return to the airport the driver stood at the bus door with an umbrella so eveybody was kept dry,which I thought was excellent and he was also very polite. He welcomed us aboard and introduced himself, brilliant" / 10

"Everything was OK. Didn't have to wait for more than a few minutes for transport to and from the airport (maybe I was lucky as on a previous trip I gave up waiting and walked). What was not clear in the instructions was that I had to take my parking ticket to the office on departure, All that the instructions stated was that I had to go there. Other than this everthing was fine and easy." / 10
