"our experience was really good and the service where you brought our car to the airport for us to pick up and not have to wait for the shuttle bus was fantastic.. The only down side was we had to pay to get out of the carpark at the airport as my car was in there for more than 20 minutes but we carnt determin how quickly our cases come off the suitcase belt.."

"Only negative is directions to car parking facility from the motorway, we got lost and it was frustrating driving around with no signs. Suggested to them they need clearer, more detailed map or instructions to download from their website. Otherwise very happy."

Airparks Birmingham Return Greet transfers
Transfers operate 24 hours a day every 25 minutes taking approximately 15 minutes. You should normally allow 40 minutes to check in and transfer to the airport. During the morning and afternoon busy periods you should allow more time to compensate for traffic delays. Additional time may be needed should a major exhibition be on at the National Exhibition Centre. If you are concerned you can check on www.necgroup.co.uk.

Meet and Greet
Slightly more expensive than the park and ride option, but much more convenient, a Meet and Greet parking service means you can drive directly to and from the airport terminal.

Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival: On arrival park in one of the marked bays and report to reception. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference and then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you board our transfer bus to the terminal. Your car will be checked by our staff and timed digital photographs will be taken of any marks or damage.
Departure: On return, simply call our Airparks Birmingham office (0121 789 9323) after you have passed the arrivals lounge to arrange delivery of your vehicle in front of the departures building.
