"We arrived back in Birmingham airport to freezing cold weather. We had booked our car parking with airparks through holiday extras.The bus taking us back to the car park turned up almost immediately which was good.When we got to our car, it would not start but the staff helped us to get it started and then we were on our way home.Many thanks to them. We would use holiday extras again and would certainly book with airparks. Their staff are very professional and approachable." / 10

"Waited a long while for bus to take us to the airport even though the bus was full. Pleased with meet and greet service as car was warm and de-iced. With outside temperatures of -6 Celsius it was money well spent!" / 10

"Straight forward and good value. We did have to wait 45 minutes for a bus back to the car park from the airport however, which is longer than the stated 30 minutes." / 10

"We live reasonably close to the airport and previously used taxis. This tme we took advantage of "Airport Parking" arranged by Holiday Extras. This facility proved very efficient and much more economical than taxi fares. We will definately use this facility again." / 10

"The lady in the Airports at Birmingham office was warm, lovely, friendly, professional and took the stress out of us being a little on the late side for our flight to Dusseldorf. Inbound wise, getting picked up from the airport with our car waiting outside in the strong UK gales made all the difference to our trip." / 10

"All staff were very helpful and we were also offered yout meet and greet service on retunr, yes I appreciate that we had to pay extre for this but it was worth it to have my car, warm ands returned to the airport ready to go expecially as we landed in the early hours of the morning. "I'm sure you will not agree but it would be more helpful if the buses ran more often. It can be very frustrating to be sat on the bus waiting for others to get on when you just want to get to the airport. Also, the signage at the airport is a bit misleading with regards to the timings of the buses" / 10

"The only thing that we think could be improved is the directions to the car parking at Birmingham off site parking. The instructions said to follow the Airparks signs, but there were no signs, so we ended up driving further than we needed as we were looking for them. It would be better if the instructions just told you to turn right at the lights and then turn right at the first island, this would be a lot simpler. Apart from this slight hiccup, everything went very smoothly." / 10

"we regularly use your air park and are always impressed with the service provided. we had trouble finding the bus when we arrived back off holiday, but they are so regular we weren't waiting for long. the staff are always helpful and cheerful, and provide an excellent service. we will be using the air park in January again. thank you for a reasonably priced efficient service." / 10

"Had to wait quite a while to leave the deport to go to the airport. Also, signage at the airport pick-up point was confusing to me and several others, making us think we had to wait nearly an hour for the bus to pick us up." / 10

"the transfer to rhe airport has always been good and efficient but the return journey is always very slow coming and never enough room for everyone so a very long wait if miss first pick up coach. i have used airparks for at least 10 years now and this part never gets any better which is a shame. perhaps you could look into this for the future." / 10

"The service to the airport is great but return pick up is always very slow and not organised. We always use airparks but find this has never improved over the years and always last to pick up and never enough seats for everyone on first load so if you miss the first coach you have a very long wait. Would like this sorted better so makes a difference for everyone." / 10

"The parking and price was great, the pick up and drop was not so good. We had quite a wait going, but comming back we got there just as the bus arrived and there wasn,t enough room, so we were left to wait for another bus which was almost 30 mins, as there is no proper queing system (just depends were the bus stops), we almost didn't get on the next one !" / 10

"We used the Airparks facility at Birmigham airport. Quick, efficient, easy!! No stress getting to the airport. The staff were very helpful. Our exhaust had fallen off the car on our journey to the airport so they took special care of our car until we returned from holiday to wait in their waiting area for the AA" / 10

"Worked better with a trailer for the suitcases and a transit for the passengers.Now its a coach for both.You are squeezed on like a cattle wagon.It is harder than rugby training.I will be getting a lift or a taxi to the airport next time." / 10

"We booked the airpark car parking and transfer for the first time. I was pleased with how easy it was, and I have to thank the bus driver who was just pulling away from the airport on our return, who kindly pulled back in and waited for us. The whole experience was easy and stress free with two young children and luggage." / 10

"Not so much your service, but the service of Airparks. We had a lengthy delay,approx 30mins waiting for the bus to take us back to the car park. When it arrived a large number had built up and although we had been the first in the queue, the bus pulled up past the stop and there was then a scramble to get on. we did get on but others didn't. The service could be improved by increasing the frequency of the pick-ups." / 10
