Staff were very good .I later found that the price was actually £11 cheaper on your site. Staff refunded the difference to my account but I understand I should have been given my full price back as I had found it cheaper .

Parking and collection went very smoothly, no issues at all at the car park. Did wonder what would happen if the flight was delayed and we were late for our pick up, perhaps this scenario should be explained clearly on the website. It may have already been there and I missed it but I am fairly thorough with these things so if so , maybe needs to be more obvious.

Due to events in Brussels and late advice of alternatives from Brussels airlines I was too late to cancel my parking and unable to use the reservation. You had my flight number and so I question whether you could have done more to address the issue.

Your ANPR system works fine. But things did not go smoothly this time - we arrived in the dark and snow, and found CP2 was closed, found our way to CP3 (closed), and it was lucky that I knew my way to CP1. Advance info about the closures, located prior to the first roundabout, would have been helpful.

On arrival the car park was closed for refurbishing, this should have been advised at time of booking. Staff were very helpful though when I got to the alternative car park.

As usual we drove straight in to Car Park 3 and immediately found a space outside. Our only negative comment is that it's not properly signposted to drive back out of the car park.

Used car park 3 for a weekend trip to Dublin. The price was great value for money, cheaper than other sites. Information was clear, car park was really close to terminal and the booking was simple to do. Well worth it.
