i booked online and everything went very smoothly. On arrival we found the car park very easy. The automatic number plate camera worked perfectly and on return the car was just as we left it. The car park is very close to the airport building and is just a short walk hence the higher price for parking, .

Everything worked as advertised including the electronic entry/departure ticket! Three minutes walk to terminal. Reassuring to know that you are guaranteed a place so close with no problems.

On arrival carparks 2&3 were blocked off and we were advised to park in carpark 1. We were concerned that when returning there may be some issue with our ticket to exit but this was quickly resolved when we contacted the attendant through the speaker option.

We arrived at Birmingham International Airport after 2 hours of travelling found Car Park 3 without any problems, took the ticket, parked the car, and walked to the departures terminal building within 2 minutes, it was just across the road. Just as described. Very Good Deal.
