"love silver zone parking for someone like myself who normaly does not travel alone it was a god send so easy to follow directions the buses to terminal were plenty and the driver was more than helpful i felt totally in control of my arrival and departure of the car park also the reseption staff at the carpark were good i explained i hadnt done this before and they made sure i knew what to do even reminding me of little things like keep your parking ticket to hand on return so not to have to root through all your luggage this might seem obvious to a seasoned traveler but for me was the diffrence between a nightmare return or as it was a doddle problem is i only want to travel from bristol now GREAT ill be back x"

"Silver zone closed due to technical reasons, but at 4 oclock in the morning, everthing was organised and even though we had to go to the long stay car park instead, it all went like clockwork, and on the return, no hassle, all ok. thanks."

"Parking arrangements at Bristol not very good. Had to park some way away from Reception and Bus pick up and had to carry cases over rough areas. Similarly on return. Fortunately, not raining and we are not elderly or infirm. Also waited longer outside airport terminal in cold than I would expect. Noticed that two long term parking buses arrived and left, whilst we were waiting for Silver parking bus."
