"The staff on the desk at Silver Zone, Bristol Airport were really friendly and helpful. Buses left one after another so no wait at all getting to the airport but it did take a bit longer on the return. We probably had just missed one though. All in all, would recommend to anyone, particularly at the price!" / 10

"The Silver Zone staff were extremely nice and helpful. I dropped my purse in my car and I was very distraught; they went to fetch it and brought it over to me at the airport terminal. How's that for going the extra mile! My car was also in the same condition as I'd left it, brand new! Yes, I'd certainly recommend them to anyone." / 10

Our battery didn't start on our return and two very helpful and cheerful members of staff were with us within about 10 minutes to get our car started. We will be using Holiday Extras next time. "Things could not have gone any better from the moment we left the house. silver service parking at the airport was great and effortless. transfers from the airport to our hotel were great. no hanging around for rooms at the hotel just straight in. the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff extremely helpful at all times, we could not ask for any better. the choice of food was great and catered for everybody. lots to do around the hotel to keep the kids amused. loads of space and even a shopping mall for the wife. all trips out from the hotel were reasonable and could not be faulted. will recommend this holiday and resort to friends and relatives. thank you very much for a great holiday experience." / 10

"I thought it was a very good service and I will be using it again in the future and recommending it to all my friends. "i came back so late from my holiday on a terrible weather and the battery from my car was flat unable to star. the staff in the office were very friendly and one person from staff came with me with a battery kit and made my car battery work in a minute. I WAS VERY PLEASED." / 10

"On return the car was as far away as possible from the reception centre, it would have been nice to have it within a short walk,I believe that moving the vehicles to a closer position to the reception building on the return date of the customer would be quite simple to achieve and would encourage the customer to use your service again" / 10

"Directions for parking not very clear, so we ended up at the far end of the car park. A very helpful employee came to our rescue and was able to find a space very close to reception. BRILL. At 75 and with a back problem, I do have difficulties loading and unloading suite cases. Wheeling them on even surfaces is OK but uneven ground is another question. We were very grateful for the help we received. Thank you." / 10

"It wasn't clear when I arrived in the car park on where to park. All spaces looked full and I had to stop off at reception, where they explained how to get to more spaces - which was not clearly marked. But would definitely use again now I know the ropes.
