      "Everything went smoothly. Staff friendly and helpful. Our battery didn't start on our return and two very helpful and cheerful members of staff were with us within about 10 minutes to get our car started. We will be using Holiday Extras next time.       "On outward journey from Silver Zone bus stop I sat on the bus for 20 minutes waiting for the driver to go to the airport. At other UK airports there is a continous cycle of buses at much more frequent intervals. We were anxious we might miss our check-in as time was very tight!" 5 / 10

      "Very pleased with all aspects, we only felt that the room we stayed in could really have done with a lick of paint & the furniture was bit tatty. The Hotel food & service etc made up for the room though. Would recommend to others." 8 / 10

      "everything went fine. we picked the car up in the dark and the next day we notice some one had marked the car door which we are not very happy about. we have tried to contact the car park but can not get through!!" 8 / 10

      "Directions for parking not very clear, so we ended up at the far end of the car park. A very helpful employee came to our rescue and was able to find a space very close to reception. BRILL. At 75 and with a back problem, I do have difficulties loading and unloading suite cases. Wheeling them on even surfaces is OK but uneven ground is another question. We were very grateful for the help we received. Thank you." 9 / 10
