"we had to pay 7.00 because weather made us 18hrs late picking up car, but they had our cars ready & snow free so we were on our way quickly. It did say if we were more than 3 hrs late this would be the charge." / 10

"The frequency of the shuttle service at Airparks Cardiff is an issue. Twice an hour is simply not enough. A 5-10 minute walk to the terminal would be a tempting alternative if there was a footpath!" / 10

"Was surprised that the transfer frequency from car park to airport was half-hourly.(09:00 weekday) Bitterly cold day and little shelter or obvious provision of toilet facilities available to waiting customers, many of whom who had preumably had a lengthy journey." / 10

"Having the bus every half hour is not very convenient if you arrive 5 minutes after it has left. Also the bus used to arrive at the correct time to meet the arriving flight rather than a long wait at the airport. However, it is an excellent service and we are very happy to continue to use it." / 10

"buses do not run frequently enough and knowing amount of cars being collected at the same time not enough room on bus so had to wait another 30 min plus the twenty mins i had to wait before" / 10

"Staff very helpful. I had a delayed arrival at the car park due to a crash on the motorway. The next shuttle bus to the airport was due to depart in 20 mins which perhaps would have made me late. The driver immediately volunteered to run myself and another passenger to the airport immediately reducing the amount of pre-flight stress." / 10

"I am in a wheelchair and the facilities were excellent a ramp to get on the bus and a designated space for wheelchairs. The driver was extremely helpful both on our way and way back from the airport. Would definitely use again. It is rare to find a company which are so good with wheelchair users." / 10

"The staff were friendly and efficient, and the bus was waiting to take us to the airport and we only had 10 minutes to wait for the pick up, although this was due I think to us landing early. there was some confusion as to exactly where the car was parked as the receipt said Row C and in fact it was in row B, good job it wasn't raining. However, just a little hickup." / 10

"Booking was easy, car parking efficient. We had a very long wait for a bus when we returned to Cardiff. It appeared that only one driver was working and also he had to manage the return of keys to drivers." / 10

"Things did not go smoothly at 04.00 on 23 May . We were told to report to Hotel Reception at Days Hotel only to be redirected to the AirParks compound where there was no where to park the car and a longish queue to hand over the keys . I estimate that such in efficiency delayed us by 15 minutes" / 10
