I was given instruction that barrier`s would rise after my licence plate was recognized This did not happen or on leaving. I found it easy to contact the car park assistant on entry and instruction to enter were given. The correct way is to collect a ticket to be allowed to enter On leaving the barrier`s did not open but the car park guard contacted me and confirmed my details which allowed me to leave. The guards were polite and helpful I left the car for a week. I felt that my car would be safe and felt the same on return I paid a decent price and all in all very happy

Car parking was so easy with the registration recognition. I just drove straight in, and no hassle with validating my ticket to get out of the carpark, the registration recognition meant I was able to drive straight out. Would definitely book again.

Got off to a bad start when I booked on line. You have a very sneaky way of adding extras which you have to opt-out of rather than in. Rang and complained and then had to call twice more before refund processed. Appeared wrong person refunded originally, not me!

We were diverted to Birmingham Airport due to fog. Cardiff Airport must have been aware of this, yet when we arrived back via bus from Birmingham there was no shuttle bus service. Carrying 2kg bags to carpark 2 is not the best thing to do when recovering from a heart attack.
There was no assistance to be found anywhere in the terminal building.

Can't improve it's perfect but customers need to know that time needs to be fairly accurate to within approximately 1-2 hours as I know others who've not had the experience we had the barrier didn't lift as their timing was out. But at least u know your cars fairly safe as they needed to talk to someone and explain why their time wasn't accurate.

The barrier was stuck down at 1.00 o'clock am. It was difficult to find the assistant button in the dark and three cars had to wait around for minutes with temperature at -3 degrees.

Had a long walk with heavy suitcases to the Terminal. I am sure the driver of the bus saw me but made no attempt to come and assist or pick me up which I felt was disgusting and lazy. It was even more annoying as it was raining. On my return there was no bus to be seen to take me to my car. It is a very very poor service to and from the terminal.

No problem whatsoever with car park 2. However car park 1 no longer has a shuttle bus to & from the airport which is absolutely unacceptable for my husband & myself.

Be aware if you access the airport from the other entrance the 1st barrier you come to is the 'drop off' lane.You need to take a ticket for the barrier to raise. From there are directions to Long stay 2 where all barriers are geared to car reg. recognition. Information with the booking assumes you use the other access road where car reg. recognition kicks in straight away.

Good experience overall. Just a couple of points fyi.
* I had a non uk car and I found out that the camera doesn't recognise non UK car reg plates, making my life a bit more difficult in the early morning
* when I went to the desk upon my return and said my name, it looked like the name they had me under was incorrect
* when I booked online, the website didn't permit me to finalise my booking directly and I therefore had to go through the live chat...
* the lady was super helpful and sorted everything out in no time! :)
overall good experience considering the above
