"We parked in the new car park at Cardiff and it was a lot closer than the old long stay, we walked back to the car rather than wait for a bus in the freezing cold - excellent!" / 10

"It went very smoothly. There were plenty of staff available to advise us on the parking arrangements, even when we arrived back at Cardiff at mid night. They were also very friendly. We were close to the airport terminal. We have no adverse comments to make and will certainly use this service again. S Evans" / 10

"You sent us a map for Car Park 1 which somehow we couldn't get to We landed in No2, the bus was delayed and we'd a short walk to the terminal. On the whole, it was a good arrangement." / 10

"When arriving back in Cardiff airport on Sat 1st of AUG in the rain,I had to leave my wife who is disabled,at one of the pick up points in the short term car park,I then had to proceed over to the overspill car park.After inserting my card in the barrier I then had to drive out turn right and drive around in a complete loop before arriving back at the short term car park to pick up my by then wet and thouroughly fed up wife.A really upsetting way in which to end what had been a wonderful holiday." / 10

"Transfer delays when we arrived at 03:10, kept waiting for nearly 2 hours, also transfer delay for return flight. Arrived at airport 1 hour before take off instead of 2 hours, had to sit seperatly and I am a very nervous flyer. apart from that we had a wonderful time." / 10

"Booking was fine and in the end paying was fine, but the instructions on finding the car park were poor. The name Long Stay Car Park (pre-booked) was not the same as the name on signs at Cardiff airport. None referred to Pre Booked and I spent a long time searching before giving up and parking in the NCP Long Stay. In the end that turned out to be the right place but time consuming." / 10
