Room very small and cramped and certainly not worth what we paid for it. Breakfast service in another sister hotel was poor - no food available and no-one about to even enquiry from when scrambled egg, for example, would be available. We only used our voucher for first day only and didn’t go back ! Coffee /milk in room was only available to us on first day !

We had to wait 50 mins fro the Clayton bus to come and pick us up at the airport on our return. The driver told us there was a shift problem but offered no apology. Along with many others waiting we were 'frozen' having returned from 30 degrees in Miami to 5 degrees in Dublin.

No! The car park in the Clayton was crammed full and people had parked in non-marked spaces.There was no one there to direct the cars to free spaces.

Quick convenient service provided which was what we wanted. Ample parking and bus available within minutes for both journeys. Driver helped us with our cases. Ticked all the boxes.

Everything was fine except the address of Clayton Hotel was misleading and almost caused me to miss my flight. Given as being in 'Baskin Lane' I discovered after 30 minutes that it wasn't the location but rather on roundabout approx one mile further on.

Have booked with you before and everything was ok. however, this time I did not have a print of e mail confirmation with me but took a note of the reference number. I presented this to the hotel on my arrival back from holiday but they could not trace my booking with this? They eventually tracked me down with my surname and car registration. In any case, the process of queuing up at the hotel to have your parking ticket validated upon arrival back from a long journey is tiresome and outdated. A better solution would be to have a system whereby the barrier reads your car registration on entry and dispenses a ticket and allows you to leave without any further delay?

Every thing went very smoothly, until pick up. Car was parked, in dark, in an allocated park space at 3.00 a.m.Unknown to us it was below a grill, which was the area for the hotel waste. Our car was covered in grease, dirt, dust & heavy grime. As we were keen to get home, we decided to go to nearest Apple green staion & clean car there. We did not inform hotel as there was a queue at reception. We have photos of car,but feel strongly that this particular car space should be cordened off & not be available for booking.

Everything was fine. However on the way back my registration was not recognised and I had to call for help. Staff were accommodating but this happens every time at the clayton

The car park was nearly full by the time we arrived even though I had pre paid weeks in advance. I had thankfully been warned of by my brother who had the same problem in July. We spent sometime in trying to find a space. It would be better when preparing that the hotel allocated a space then as cars that just turn up can just do what we did so pre paying is no advantage. Hotel staff were helpful when we could not get a space on upper level.

Yes. Clayton hotel Dublin has good car parking but it is a free for all.. You can be lucky and get a space in a few minutes. Bus service good

Customers need to use designated parking spaces we arrived at 2.00am in the morning & there were cars parked on the main thoroughfares making it very difficult to access a space .
Check in & out at the Hotel & transfers to & from the airport were quick , only had to wait 2 minutes on the coach.
Costa were reasonable & we Would definitely use this car park again if people acted more responsibly & parked safely

When we arrived at 5am there was limited spaces in carpark and ended up having to park at side of pillar and not even in a bay. Would also be better if there was a machine to swipe card instead if having to go to reception very slow process especially when bus waiting on you.

Every thing went as planned. No difficulty locating the Clayton and bus was waiting when we parked the car. Pickup at Dublin airport went smoothly and only took a minute to get ticket validated and then were off home.

We parked with Clayton and found that my ticket would not scan to let me in. I went to reception and found the staff most helpful. We then had a meal in the Clayton which was excellent. The full experience was relaxed and with no hassle or fuss.
