Arrival at East Midlands Airparks Express
On arrival, park outside reception and check-in, handing in your printed confirmation (or quote your reference) and your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you transfer to the terminal.
On your return to East Midlands Airparks Express
On return, simply call our Airparks East Midlands office (01332 853 686) after you have cleared customs, to arrange pick up of the vehicle in the car park opposite the arrivals area.
If you return earlier than planned, please contact the car park to ensure your car is ready for collection.

Airparks is unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects that will not fit into the luggage racks on its buses. If you are bringing large items with you we suggest you drop them off at the airport before parking your car. Remember to check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage.
Airparks cannot accept any vehicle with a taxi licence plate - these can only be driven by the licence holder.
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
