"Booked Airparks at East Midlands, absolutely great. It was £19.99 for the week and they offered an extra service for £20 which included a lift to the airport in our own car then they delivered the car to the airport so we could drive straight home. On a late, cold, November night it was an extra we appreciated." / 10

"There was a large queue when we arrived at reception and we thought we might miss the bus and have to wait 20 minutes for the next one. Not very good if your running late like we were. However we were happy with the service we received." / 10

"Only bad thing was only one bus to pick up a flight full of passengers on our return. The staff knew how many people would be coming at once as they had all the flight details. Though to be fair the driver got on his radio and another bus was sent though we had to wait ten minutes. Apart from that a smooth operation. Would use again." / 10

"Everything went well apart from on arrival back at the airport, a few flights arrived at once and only one bus came to collect the passengers, leaving many (including us) waiting in the cold. Two buses would have been a good idea given the landing schedule which Airparks would have known." / 10

"I really cannot understand why yet again there was no bus waiting on our return - Airparks have the flight info including actual arrival time. I would rather sit on a bus for 15 minutes waiting for others to clear the airport, rather than standing in the freezing cold for the same time, wondering if a bus was coming. By the way, Holiday Extras itself was excellent in all regards." / 10

"Hi meant to say 9 out of 10. Only because we arrived at east midlands airport at 1.40 a.m. and had to wait about 15 mins or more for the bus . As this was only one of two flights due in at that time we would have thought bus would be there waiting. Other than that everything was fine and all went very smoothly and the staff were friendly and helfpul. Thank you;" / 10

"The carpark itself was fine, shuttle buses were prompt and staff was helpful. However I was not happy that I ended up being charged extra for going in to amend my booking and add in flight numbers (originally quoted 17.99 and then was charged over £22 after adding the flight no.'s into the booking details)." / 10

"Perhaps we were just unlucky but we had to wait 25 mins for a bus to the airport at 5am and on our return had to wait 35 mins for the bus. Whilst waiting for return journey 3 buses for long stay carparks arrived, picked up and left which made us wonder if an airparks bus was ever going to arrive!" / 10

"The system works everytime, either at Luton or East Midlands the two airports I use the most. It also represents very good value for money. My only comment relates to the attitude of the staff which can vary greatly. One member of staff used foul language to describe his colleague when advising us of a change in the service." / 10

"The hotel staff and food could not have been better. The hotel itself was in good condition and comfortable. Transport by local bus is very convenient. The only drawback being road noise until around 1130 PM." / 10

"The accmodation was fine clean with plenty of room,lots of sunloungers no problems with people reserving them.The staff were very helpful and really pleasent. We were dissapointed that we had to pay extra for the air conditioning to be swithed on ( I think it was an etxra 40/50 euros).We went all inclusive but were very dissapointed with the choice. It turned out that we were the only ones that were actually all inclusive so they were unable to putout buffet style food to meet our requirement.This meant we were limited to a small chioce from the menu. The ouside terrace was wonderful again with plenty of room, sunloungers,and table." / 10
