Departure no problems on our return we wanted to get home but when I put the ticket in the machine it asked for £58 pounds extra so I pressed the phone button it took who ever he was 20 minutes to answer so there was quite a queue building up most annoyed.

Having booked and paid in advance I was not expecting on my return for the exit machine to say I owed £131. Thankfully your operative answered the call button promptly and activated the barrier. This issue requires attention urgently.

Car Park was fine and close to Airport.Directions to it need updating. Went up the road to car hire before finding it. Also it is nor electronically controlled but produced a ticket. On return ticket didn't work and button to summon assistance hard to see in the dark

Number plate recognition did not work and we had to wait and then ring for help so we had no ticket issued and this then caused a minor problem when leaving. People in front of us at exit kept us waiting for several minutes. Very convenient location though

Extermely poor service, the gate didn't open for 10 mins and the operator button was out of service so I had to walk to different car park to speak to an operator all this took me nearly 45 minutes. I was travelling with a baby and a toddler and found the service absolutely disgusting.

Delayed getting into car park behind other customers because camera system not working, waited 20 mins for someone to answer assistance button. On our return delayed again because we did not have an exit card, but at least a little quicker on assistance this time. We will probably use meet and greet or staffed car parks in the future. This is the third time this has happened at different airports now. Pay staff to be there, or at least service the cameras and gates more frequently....

Number plate not recognised when arriving or leaving although on pressing assistance button the staff were quick to confirm the booking and open the barrier. Not a nice walk to terminal in falling snow.

I used Long Stay 3 at East Midlands Airport. No problem on departure day, but on return when I presented my ticket at the barrier it demanded £103! The help button only returned my ticket. I had to use the help button in the Pay Station. The operator eventually raised the barrier. The same thing happened to the car preceding me. At around midnight this was quite disconcerting!

The situation at East Midlands is not good enough as there is no contact with a human the ticket machine was trying to charge full price I had to get in touch with somebody through the machines intercom and at 12.30 in the morning in hurricane conditions was no fun

Everything was exactly as stated. Just initial confusion when booked as it didn't show up on the app until quite a few hours after booking, but when contacted, a member of your staff assured me it was booked. I had no issues afterwards. Thank you!

problem with the machine long stay carpark 3 would not let me out.pressed assistance button no one replied.thought the first thing I would be asked was ref.no.
so had to get out of the car to find it.when paperwork found got back into car and drew back up to machine pressed button again this time let me out(lot of hassle)

There was a delay getting through the gate into the car park and it took a while for the person to answer when we called for assistance. It was great that the car park was within a short walking distance to the airport

on entry to long stay 3 at east mids we could not see a camera to take note of vehicle reg so just pushed the button to get a ticket which did not have our reg on it. I rang whilst on holiday and spoke to customer services, she was very helpful and all went well on exit

Arrival went well but on arriving back and leaving car park barrier did not recognise number plate,. There was no button to contact a member of staff at barrier. I had to leave car and go to inward barrier in the rain. That staff member was pleasant and helpful.

Everything was OK on arrival & the terminal was a 5 minute walk as stated.
On our departure the barriers didn't go up as it didn't recognise our number plate. Had to contact the control room which took them a good 2 minutes to answer, they needed our reference code (had to search emails to find it, I'd advise having it to hand for this circumstance) at which point they lifted the barrier. Was a bit embarrassing as had a large queue building up behind us.
Have previously used the Jet Parks which were around £20 cheaper, not sure the convenience of this car park (5 min walk as opposed to 5-6 min transfer) was worth the extra money, so will use Jet Parks in future if there is the same price difference.

There was no NPR on entry or exit so had to call to get out of the car park.Long walk to terminal made wirse by dreadful pavement surface -ruined the wheels on my case.

The vehicle/registration recognition did not work again. We had this problem last year. The staff were helpful when we eventually got them to answer our buzzer call.

Have used this service many times before without a problem. Although the departure parking was fine this time the barrier failed to work for exit resulting in a number of cars being boxed in - no-one answered the calls made and when we eventually got through - the man didn't listen to what we were saying and then was extremely rude accusing me of shouting when in fact I was speaking loudly because of the amount of noise around me and the fact that he didn't seem to be hearing what I was saying.

I had problems with leaving. The machine asked me to pay again and there was no automatic check out as in the past.I had to use the call button and was let out by a manual service. The person on the end of the phone was very pleasant and considerate but no explication was given as to why it was not an automatic process, perhaps you will give me one.
