The ANPR camera was "missing " due to a previous client driving in to it !!! But help button answered quite quickly, so no real problem.

The only minor incident occurred when I inserted my card to leave the car park. The screen suggested I owed £57 and a few pence. I called the operator via the intercom and was allowed to leave fairly quickly after quoting my reference number. Not a problem to me but some people may panic if asked to make a payment of this kind.

Distance from Departures a bit far for walking as we are senior citizens. The exit barrier was not working but a man was going around opening the barriers which was excellent and we did not have to wait.

They did not have a clear sign or anything for the walk to the airport. The path was not good for walking and it was not easy.5-10 walk was right but could be clearer on instructions.
